"Recon was great to work with. I was a little anxious about the shipping process going smoothly, had read a lot of stories about shipments that went badly - damaged cars, late pickups/deliveries, etc. The first shipper I talked to had positive reviews and my impression from talking to them on the phone was good, but they wanted a signed contract and money before they would commit to a delivery schedule. I was also told that, because of the size of the vehicle, I might have to wait at least a couple of weeks for the pickup. Recon, on the other hand, asked for a portion of the payment only after the car had been picked up, and the rest on delivery. That seemed like a more reasonable policy. They also told me the van would be picked up within a week. They came through too, and the vehicle was picked up 4 days after I placed my order (I called Thursday night and the van was picked up early Monday). I dealt with Jeremiah, the owner, who was totally professional, picked up the phone every time I called, and kept me posted with the progress of the delivery. When I emailed I always heard back immediately (usually within a couple of minutes!). He gave me the cell number of the driver too in case I needed to check in with him. The transit time was reasonable considering the van was traveling from Sarasota to Seattle, and, most importantly, it arrived in good condition. Great company - I recommend them.

"I was looking for a shipping service for 2 months to get a car moved from Florida to Illinois. The dAY I contacted Recon Transport via Jeremiah Scott the car was picked up on a Holiday (Memorial Day) and dropped off 3 days later. The driver was in full contact prior to delivery and everything went without a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs good communication and a GREAT shipping service."

"The car was classified as operating and a carrier was found on time. However, due to circumstances on my end, the car had to be considered inoperable and the 1st carrier cancelled and another one was found that could handle the car. Only took a few days to find a new carrier and get it scheduled for pickup and Jeremiah was so patient and understanding about the switch. He continuously communicated to myself and the carrier about the status of the pickup and delivery. The car was delivered within the timeframe they provide. Thanks to Jeremiah, for his understanding in the situation. Definitely recommend!! "
