They said it could take up to ten days for me to get a pickup. But my representative priced the cars well and we got a call about a pick up within three hours of us listing the pickup.

Apparently there is an enormous need to move cars out of Arizona at this time. However, she was able to get me a reliable carrier in a reasonable amount of time. "We were very happy with the transportation of our car from NC to California. I had never had a need for this type service before, so did some research and got quotes from several companies. I had a recommendation from a friend who had used this service and was happy. This company gave us the best price and was the most efficient to deal with. Our car arrived in California even earlier than quoted and was in tip top shape. We had several calls from our representative to make sure everything went well and we were happy with their service. "We were forced to leave our car behind because of a mix up with our mover at the last minute. While driving our Penske truck from CA to Indiana, I called Magic Carpet. The customer service rep scheduled a pickup with no email address and very little information because we were on the road. She told me there were 48 cars from CA to IN ahead of us but would keep trying to get us transported. Two weeks later she us a carrier who picked it up our car within 3 hours and delivered it in about 4 days - incredible!! The entire working relationship with Magic Carpet and especially their very helpful staff was excellent - Thank you!"

"I had an excellent experience with Magic Carpet. I had to transport my vehicle from Maryland to California, and the price I was quoted was the lowest I could find. I told the service representative that I would be able to receive the car only after a specific date, which she specified in the order. The carrier picked up my car within 1 day of the ready date, and was in California in 4 days, before I was to receive it. However, since I had requested to receive the vehicle after the date, they stored it for free until I was able to go get it. The car arrived in great condition and the best part is our assigned representative was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service and would recommend this auto transporter to anyone."

"I purchase a 1999 Miata on ebay from a dealer in Alvin, Texas. This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle out of state and decided to have it transported commercially to my residence as opposed to flying to Texas and drive the car back home. After some checking around on-line, I found that Magic Carpet Auto Transport was the least expensive, so I gave them a call. The representative I spoke with was very polite, helpful and friendly. I was quoted a cost for door-to-door service including insurance to cover any in-transit damages that may occur. I agreed to the price and we set up the transport right then and there. Magic Carpet basically took care of everything from then on. The car was picked up from the dealer's location within a couple of days by a reputable carrier , and was delivered to my door two days later. The balance of the payment was paid directly to the driver, and the car was unloaded safely at my home. I would highly recommend using Magic Carpet's services to anyone who needs this type of service, and would personally not hesitate to use them again if the need arises."

"Needed to move my car from MD to TX, and the pickup had to be done within 2 days. The representative was realistic about the possibility of not being able to do it at short notice, but they came thro' just fine. Pickup was prompt and painless, the driver even helped me with a ride back from the mall parking lot where we had agreed to meet. Their rep kept in touch regularly with updates and to call to arrange a good time to drop off the car. No damage, scratches or anything of that sort to the car. Excellent customer service, very quick turnaround time, and did I mention the price was great! Awesome, will use again if I need to, and will highly recommend."
