"The military requires us to PCS and be prepared on arrival. I was PCS'ing from Biloxi, Ms to Great Falls, Mt. I have two vehicles; Lincoln Mark LT and an antique 78 Cadillac Eldorado. Being very sensitive for both, I decided to ship them. About a month prior to leaving, I filled out an online questionnaire and was contacted by several companies. Many were initially..... Considering the distance and route of travel to Montana. They gave me quotes and left it at that. (With me following up).
Then, I was contacted by a rep from D.A.T., by email, then by a phone message(whom none of the other contacts did). She was very confident in helping me get my vehicles shipped to Montana. She took all of my information over the phone. And whatever I didn't know she researched for me or allowed me time to get back with her. Our first contact left me very confident that I didn't have to worry about my vehicles being shipped.
There were no carriers, replied to the dispatch board for the Ms to Mt route. My rep personally made contact with carriers. She called carriers throughout the country, everyday. (There is no one else that will do this-trust me). She stayed confident and kept me at ease that she had everything under control. Very Professional, polite, and caring throughout this whole time.
The dates were very important. I did my final out on a Friday and I was flying out on Saturday. She scheduled my vehicle pickup to accommodate my needs. Vehicles were picked up on Sunday. I was able to keep my vehicles up until the last day, which I very much needed. (If she would not have been on this, my cars would still be in Mississippi.)
I highly recommend Domestic Auto Transport to anyone who is in search of a transport company.

"I was positively impressed from the moment I was contacted by D.A.T. They explained the entire process in great detail. They followed up with me both by phone and by e-mail. They were flexible about the pick up date because I needed the pick up to be on a weekend. They gave me all the needed contact information (dispatcher and driver). I received e-mail alerts as the day for pick up approached. The entire process we actually enjoyable instead of troublesome. I initially used Domestic to ship a car to Atlanta from NYC over a month ago. The service was excellent so I had no doubts about using them for the return. I spoke with the same rep who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions and provided information in a timely matter. She worked hard to expedite my request and kept me updated as to what was taking place.

My husband and I had never transported a vehicle before and were very nervous about just handing over our car to total strangers. D.A.T.eased our worries and went above and beyond at every point. We first tried to arrange enclosed transportation but that truck ended up canceling on us at the last minute. Time was short before I would be leaving the state and I needed to get the car taken care of. D.A.T. found an open air replacement for me for the next day! (The truckers were just as great. They went out of their way to meet me somewhere that I would be able to walk home from and made it across the country in record time - a full 3 days ahead of schedule! with the car in perfect condition!) The day of my pick-up my rep was sick but she made sure that the people in the office were ready to take care of us and get us picked-up on time! She even called to check on me, flu and all! She truly went above and beyond, keeping her promises on prices and making everything work in the time frame that we needed! (I can't say enough about George, the driver either) -they both far exceeded our expectations. I would use Domestic Auto Transport (and George for driving) in a heart beat if I had to move again.
