"Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere on a cold and dark night. It was a horrible experience and we were so grateful to make it out safe and alive. But then, for the next month we relived the nightmare trying to work with a different moving company and get our vehicle returned to us. This other company did not communicate with us, and when they couldn't find us a carrier ask us to pay more money! It was a nightmare. Thankfully, we were able to get our deposit back from the other company and find Cascade Vehicle Shipping. " I contacted Cascade to ship my son's car from California to New York and I dealt with Jeff Newell. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and realistic about the estimated time for pickup and delivery, especially since it was mid December, the Christmas holidays were approaching and the weather across the country was beginning to worsen.
The pickup went smoothly. The transporter contacted us prior to pick up so we could come home from work to release the vehicle. The transportation truck was new, clean and in excellent condition. The driver was courteous and worked quickly. This allowed us to return to work.
The delivery was completed within the estimated timeframe provide even with severe weather occurring in Upstate New York area. There was no damage to the vehicle and the amount due at delivery was what had been quoted.
I would recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping to others and would definitely use them again.
